Agreements
- The only digital files that will be released are those that have been edited. This measure is taken as an action of quality control and is used to protect the quality of AAP images.
- A non-refundable retainer of $50 is required of ALL sessions. Until the retainer is received, your date is not booked.
- No images are allowed to be edited or altered in any way. The edit made by me is the final edit.
- A print release will accompany the release of digital files so you may print at a location of your choice. However, I always recommend printing your files at MPix due to the higher quality available. You'll also find that their pricing will rival that of cheaper brick-and-mortar companies.
- Digital files will be released between 2 - 4 weeks after the session takes place, unless otherwise stated. Mini-session images will be available within a week of the session.
- You agree that your images are free to be made available for featuring in AAP marketing materials, blog/website postings and/or Facebook Fan page postings. If you do NOT want your images featured, please make arrangements to let me know, as protecting your privacy is very important to me.
- I travel to locations all over MD, VA and DC. Any travel ranging up to a 40 mile radius from Lusby, MD is include in your session fee. Travel to locations further than 40 miles from Lusby, MD will accrue an additional travel fee in the amount of $0.56 per mile. This fee will be added to your final invoice.
- If your session needs to be rescheduled, you agree to provide me with at least 24-hour notice of this change. Your retainer can be used towards a down-payment on a rescheduled session.
- If you're interested in receiving information on pricing for prints, canvas and/or custom made framing options, feel free to contact me at any time. You can order custom made frames through me without having had booked a session. These frames are gorgeous and provided to me through The Organic Bloom. They can only be ordered through professional photographers.
